AXA's 2023 ‘Our Time to Flourish’ social media campaign promotes mental health awareness and the impact of mental health on Gen Z. Critical learnings for those just entering in to the workforce struggling to connect with new business practices due to pandemic and new technologies.

AXA's 2023 Mind Health Study investigates the impact on Gen Z in the workspace, the effects on teams, employees and business partners so that they can find ways to better serve their needs. It explores how mental health conditions, depression, stress and anxiety, while highlighting what positive actions and taking control of your mental health can achieve.

A social media campaign was created to boost the awareness and impact of the findings so that more people could learn and implement new working methods and more inclusive practices.

Short videos offered practical advice on developing your Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, Self Acceptance, Connectedness, Pride in Achievement, Meaning and Purpose, Challenge Response and Self Confidence.

Our guides were viewed online by thousands and provided an opportunity to publish content online social media to widen the reach to the AXA communities.
